Jessica Cowan, LCSW, PMH-C, IECMH-E®, joined the Center for Autism and Early Childhood Mental Health in 2019.
Jessica co-leads the SEFI Support Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation work and supports the Maternal Infant Relational Health team. She has experience supporting and collaborating with child care providers and organizations through her role with a Child Care Resource and Referral Agency, as well as experience with state and federal grant oversight at the Department of Children and Families.
Jessica holds a Masters degree in Social Work with a Clinical Practice with Children and Families Specialization from Monmouth University. She also holds a certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and is Endorsed as an Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist.
